Steven R. Burzinski, JD, MBA

More Than Just an Attorney

Steve concentrates his practice in real estate and corporate transactions, along with estate planning. In his corporate experience, Steve has represented numerous business entities from the initial stage of formation through the final stage of termination, as well as advising such entities on the various legal issues arising during operations. In connection with such representation, he has negotiated, drafted and reviewed various agreements with third parties as well as internal policies and procedures. In addition, he has represented both purchasers and sellers in a variety of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Steve's real estate experience includes representing owners and developers in the acquisition, financing and development/operation of properties across the United States.   Steve also provides counsel to various Boards of Directors, Board Committees and corporate officers with respect to a broad range of corporate governance matters.
